Translational value

The use of Allium sativum in homeopathic clinical practice is well accepted, however, since it is considered rare or “specific” by many, there is need to document the research aspect of this clinically useful drugs.

In this study authors observed the anti-inflammatory actions of Allium sativum and proved that it may be used to reduce the atherogenic events (deposition of plaque and / or inflammation). This is in agreement with the use of Allium sativum in clinical practice (for dyslipidemia and other related complaints).
