In a randomized controlled trial 51 patients were given individualised homeopathy or placebo. For 06 months patients were followed homoeopathically. PASI and PDI and DLQI scores were assessed at regular intervals. The medicinal group showed significant improvement in comparison to placebo group.
Most commonly used remedies were Calcarea carbonica, Mercurius solubilis, Arsenicum album, and Petroleum.
